Transnomic knowledge is best understood not only conceptually but also through radical embodied cognition. We developed a set of exercises that one can practice in the comfort of their home or in a park designed to help one create their own vocabulary of word-gestures that have a meaning but don’t make sense.
The underlying principles of Transnomia are asymptotic approach and suspended signifiers. You can start practicing Transnomia at any time of the day for as long as you like. At the beginning of the practice you can perform the gestures and utter the words presented below. However, as you evolve, we encourage you to find your own private vocabulary and use it as a founding principle for your own practice.
It is recommended to practice Transnomia with one more person: a friend or a partner.
